ABC Manpower Pvt. Ltd. was registered in Kathmandu in 2008 by a group of recruitment professionals who had spent years watching Nepali workers arrive abroad to find the job, the salary or the contract was not what they had been told. The company was founded to prove that ethical recruitment and commercial success are not in conflict.
What began as a five-person office in Kamalpokhari now employs 42 staff across recruitment, documentation, trade testing and welfare. We have deployed more than 24,500 workers to 16 countries, and roughly nine in ten of our employer clients return for their next demand.
We remain a Nepali family-run business, licensed and audited by the Department of Foreign Employment, and a member in good standing of the Nepal Association of Foreign Employment Agencies.
