Large projects fail on manpower timing more often than on manpower cost. We plan, stage and mobilise workforces of several hundred so that trades arrive on site in the sequence the programme actually needs.
That means agreeing a mobilisation calendar with the employer, running trade tests in batches, and keeping a screened reserve pool so a failed medical or a late visa does not hold up a pour. We report weekly against the plan, in writing.
Replacement handling is part of the same service. If a worker leaves within the agreed probation period through a fault in our screening, we replace them at our own cost.
