Polska Agro Sp. z o.o. is recruiting 55 agricultural farm worker (seasonal)s on a renewable contract in Poznan, Poland. The demand has been verified with the employer and approved by the Department of Foreign Employment, Government of Nepal, before publication.

Selected candidates work under a Nepali-speaking supervisor, with company transport provided from the accommodation to the workplace. Full details of the contract are explained in Nepali before signing.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out the daily duties of the role to the employer’s standard
  • Follow the site or workplace safety procedure at all times, including full PPE
  • Report defects, shortages and incidents to the supervisor promptly
  • Keep tools, equipment and the work area clean and serviceable
  • Work the rostered hours, including overtime where offered

Requirements

  • Verifiable experience appropriate to the role
  • Age between 22 and 42 years
  • Physically fit and able to pass the destination country medical
  • Basic literacy in Nepali; working Hindi or English an advantage
  • Passport valid for at least 18 months from the date of application
  • No previous deportation or immigration offence in the destination country

Salary & benefits

  • Basic salary PLN 3,600 per month, paid through the employer’s payroll system
  • Overtime paid as per the labour law of the destination country
  • Free shared accommodation provided by the employer
  • Free company transport to and from the workplace
  • Food or a food allowance as stated in the contract
  • Medical insurance and residence permit processing
  • Air ticket on joining and on completion of the contract
  • Annual leave as stated in the contract

Required documents

  • Original passport (valid 18+ months) with a copy of the data page
  • Six passport-size photographs with a white background
  • Citizenship certificate and one copy
  • Skill or trade certificate, if available
  • Previous experience letters from employers
  • Medical report and police clearance (arranged after selection)

Selection process. Trade test and employer interview are held at our Kamalpokhari office. Bring your original passport and any skill certificates. There is no charge to attend.
